The ever popular Good Karma Hospital is back this Sunday for its fourth series.

As the new series begins, the Good Karma Hospital is as busy as ever, as Dr Lydia Fonseca (Redman) is forced to confront her past, as well as some home truths so she can save Greg from deportation and their future together.

Meanwhile, Ruby (Acharia) is still struggling with Gabriel's shock departure, and facing an uncertain future, she makes a series of rash decisions whilst trying to vent her fury.

With all of this turmoil that Lydia and Ruby are trying to deal with, they have also got two new doctors arriving to work at the hospital, 

Charismatic Dr Samir Hasan (Harki Bhambra) is escaping a traumatic event back in Britain and Dr Niki Sharma (Rebecca Ablack),a newly qualified, privileged, doctor and whose father is a successful surgeon, and wants her to taste medicine at the sharp end.

The Good Karma Hospital starts this Sunday, at 8 p.m on ITV1
